When asked about the amount of employees, Mr Keller replied that there where eight full time ones and that he had access to at least thirty "freelance" individuals as the company required them. (In my opinion and experience, creative people suffer "brain drain" very rapidly and besides that, this format most definitely keeps the payroll down.)

When asked what revenue does HTRN anticipate for this fiscal year, Mr. Bossio's repy was "On the conservative side$1.75 million. After the meeting when I asked him what happened to the $3.5 million in anticipated revenues that was previously mentioned he stated that "It's better to stay on the low side so that higher side will be welcomed. He did mention that in the first five months of this fiscal year, HTRN had matched its revenues for all of '96 and that the accountants will begin preparing second quarter financials asap. He anticipates that the statements will be ready no later than mid August.

When Mr. Keller was asked how he felt about the popularity (passing fad) of dinos his only reply was that Spielberg was involved in the production of a third one which is a sequel to "Lost World". On that note the meeting was adjouned.
