Looks like the Fed's game is almost over, and it's not working, so they invent all kind of tricks to manipulate the markets higher, including pushing them through 200 DMA.
M3 will catch up with the dollar. Crashes are a norm in currency markets, and it looks like bonds are about to break. It may start right now, or it may start later. This is called "credit collapse", and if you think you've seen real collapse, look at Enron and compare. That's "credit collapse". See the difference?
