Joe ... the timing, as I see it, is cause by the 'computer program' on baskets .... and the volume, which in the past would build up, doesn't follow because the price/tick moves are triggered .... don't know ... perhaps you're correct, but as I'm using NOTHING but technicals and have consolidated my flowing charts down to around 60 open windows I don't see things being untoward in movements .... but, as I said before, I just am a simple minded dummy who relies totally on technical thingies and I actually care little for "WHY" .....
