The last 30 days average daily volume for mkie is 16000 shares. So this is almost double.I think mkie is a great value play.Yes, the lawsuit sounds like an important development. Any opinion as to the likelihood of mkie winning it. Also, don't these lawsuits take lots of time. I suppose it doesn't matter for the patient long term investor. ime
