Max: I did some research on them not too long ago - while there had been some disturbing management turnover, and stock buybacks had added some debt, biz looked pretty solid. I'll update my notes and see if my opinion changes. Since they are a retailer, not a manufacturer, I would compare to PBY (pep boys) or even WMT which has large automotive depts. I think AZO sees their competition as dealerships, goodyear stores etc. Market is car diy or folks that can't afford dealer repairs.... gm
