Headline: "Senate Passes Railroad Pension Bill" (sorry, but I don't have a link). This bill allows the $15 billion railroad retirement fund to buy corporate bonds and stocks instead of just treasuries. Hum . . . is that one of the reasons stocks are rallying and treasuries tanking? Could they move that fast or is it just anticipation? Perhaps they are just in time for the next wave down.
