Here's another thought - How many market makers does DRNK have? How many of them were caught w/ a significant # of shares of DRNK in their inventories? If anybody knows who the market makers are, could you please post a list of them here? I guess one thing we might want to do is to contact the market makers and find out if they had an inkling of what was about to occur. If they didn't, they might be a great source of help in shutting this puppy down. Also, anybody aware of how many shareholders DRNK has? Is there a way to get a list of these people, w/ thoughts of informing them of what's going on and to solicit their support in not allowing the merger to happen w/ the current terms? One more thought, when mgmt. sends out the proxies to all to vote on the measure, are they under any legal obligation to present the argument against in the literature that is sent out the the shareholders? If so, what would be route to go to get our message incorporated into the material for the vote? I'm quite happy to help put anything together if we want to get a little more organized. If somebody wants to serve as coordinator on this, would it be beneficial to post our ideas here, or should we do it via e-mail?
