Anthony, the conversion price does matter, as that is EXACTLY what determines how much, in $, we are "getting the shaft."

If we want to fight this in a logical, organized manner, it is very important to be dealing in facts, not just emotions. If we decide to take it to the shareholders and/or the SEC, having the numbers in front of us is vital.
