Haven't checked this week but it seems there is some trouble getting XPs to retail. Joe mentioned something about big OEMs waiting for nForce boards but nForce not yet up to speed. Lack of XP motherboards, especially nForce, could be the hold up. Also could be resulting in the P4 shortage since OEMs had to fill the XP void.
If so, it once again goes back to the AMD infrastruture problem.
