Cyberfast Systems to Acquire the Aveo Attune Technology
Acquiring the Software, Technology and Installed Base of Millions of PC Users Allows Cyberfast the Ability to Dominate the Consumer PC Market While Ensuring an End User's Absolute Privacy
LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2001-- Cyberfast Systems Inc. (OTCBB:CYSI - news) today announced the details of the acquisition of the assets of the Aveo Attune® Network, along with the exclusive access to over one million Attune Network users.

Cyberfast also acquired the relevant trademarks, source code, servers and equipment including all relevant patents and related patent licensing rights.

The Attune Network, technology and assets will be used to power the Intelligent Digital Communicator (IDC). After several years of development and over $20 million dollars of investment, the Attune Network is being hailed as the world's first PC Help network that delivers the right information to the right user at the right time without requiring the end user having to provide personal identifying information. Attune uses a patented double-filtering technology allowing PC users to benefit from technical and marketing help messages any time they are using their PC even if they are not actively connected to the Internet.

The IDC service uses the Internet and the IDC system to transparently send targeted informational messages, called Intelligrams®, that will alert select users to relevant information at precisely the right time, for example, just before a problem can adversely affect the user's PC. IDC comes bundled with Intelligrams that solve many common PC bugs and conflicts. When a user connects to the Internet, the IDC service automatically in the background checks for new Intelligrams, thereby continuously protecting the user from the latest problems and technical issues. Additionally, IDC's unique double-filtering digitally secured technology maintains absolute privacy for the end user.

Cyberfast Systems Inc., through the recent acquisition of TLCO Software, is currently offering the IDC Technology for download to end users free of charge. Current Attune users will continue benefiting from the Attune technology without any interruptions to the service.

A spokesperson for Cyberfast Systems stated that the acquisition of the Attune Network, including over one million users, puts Cyberfast Systems in the first to market category for providing such a service.

Cyberfast will generate revenues from participating strategic partners who wish to use the Attune® service to communicate to their existing and future potential customer databases.
