IQBAL, some food for thought. This past month the public put money into agressive growth funds ( high PE, high earnings rate). As you know this group did the worst this year. The last time the public did this , they had a great run. Are we now going to see the NASDQ small caps move finally, while the NASDQ 100 does nothing?
