Mucho: Wonder if you have given Qualcomm stock to anyone. Experience is useful. You have had fun with the difference between the value of the company and the current price of the stock. Fine. But as one who has had the opportunity to pay gift taxes on passing Qualcomm stock to family members, I suggest to you that since the company's prospects define the future worth and that is not always reflected in the current price, the lower the current price, the better, and the lower the gift tax. So your second point among the 3 * 's, is simply, wrong. And BTW suggest time is running out on purchase of the Q at these bargain prices. Your valuation analysis is fun as an exercise, but has little relevance in the real world - especiallly now for anyone making actual investment decisions. Just IMO of course. Best. Chaz
