Is it possible that some of the tech stocks were bought by value managers. If so then those are in strong hands. Most of the growth funds have reduced their tech exposure by almost 60 %. All along this NAS rise, money flow seems to be net positive; so distribution can be ruled out. Most of the tech strategist at brokerage firms are not that bullish on tech stocks. A move of almost 40-50 % requires lot of money power and do you think it is from hedge universe. Then this rally could have a correction; otherwise the rally is for real.
