I think the problem many people have with your posts is that you say you want to understand Islam, yet you are continually focusing on what you think is negative wherever you can find it and are then asking for an explanation. If you would also focus on the positive and perhaps bring up and ask questions about what you perceive to be the positive aspects of Islam, I think it would lend more credance to your views.

It is as if you are trying to find what is wrong with Islam instead of trying to find what is right.
