George: I don't agree with Barton Biggs. Zeev was looking for a retest but I don't know what he thinks now. Retests are need to establish a foundation to move forward. There has been none. There are no earnings to support this market and the market is discounting a "V" shaped recovery to find the "E." My bet is that the "E" does not show up in a timely fashion. The Presidential cycle is strong and will have its way in the end with another bottom sometime next year. My guess is that the first half will find such a bottom.
