GenoMed, Inc. Engages Florida Law Firm as Corporate and Securities Counsel
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2001--GenoMed Inc. (``the Company'' or ``GenoMed'') (Pink Sheets:GMED), a St. Louis, Missouri based medical genomics biotechnology company, announced today that it has engaged the prestigious law firm of Hamilton, Lehrer & Dargan, P.A., as the Company's corporate and securities counsel.
Hamilton, Lehrer & Dargan, P.A., based in Boca Raton, Florida, has been engaged to, among other things, assist the Company in filing a Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Company is working diligently with the firm to file the Form 10SB by no later than January, 2002. In addition, the law firm will assist the Company in the application process with the National Association of Security Dealers to become quoted on the NASD's Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. Hamilton, Lehrer & Dargan, P.A. will also assist in filing the Company's required filings with the SEC, including its quarterly and annual reports, and reports of material events.
