On this strike and replace stuff....One might think in this day and age, there would be an edited version of the new act that clearly showed what was being deleted and added; color coding and all that great stuff that word processors do so well. I wouldn't want members of Congress [or even their staff] flipping back and forth between the FISA and the changes trying to figure out what the changes are.
