Hello BP,

Well ... I get a little buried from time to time. I'm always reading, although i fell behind about 300 messages a while back. I like to keep an eye on things here because it assists me in keeping on top of the perceptions and feelings of the shareholders. It also provides quite a bit of technical financial analysis information that I find facinating. I't one thing to watch the stock price and quarterly annoucements, but a whole other thing to observe analysis of this information!

I don't know that it would be appropriate to mention names here, it was just a visit to a particular account evaluating the upgrade from 80+ NetWare v3.x servers to NetWare v4.x and NDS. They had just had a briefing from Microsoft and wanted information about our products and technologies. I felt that it went well and have received good feedback from the account manager.

The one thing that caught my attention was one comment, by one of the executives, at the end of the briefing. He said something along the lines of "I am amazed at just how much research and product technology you have developed in the IP and Internet space!"

As we roll out out new marketing campaign I'm hoping that I will not have to keep demonstrating this to customers one by one! ;-)

> Thanks
