Good evening all. First off, I would like to commend the posters on this thread for providing the thought provoking info. At least this particular site hasn't digressed to name calling and outright lying.

I bought a few hundred shares of ENE @ 0.30 for many of the reasons expressed by Buffaloha. Based on the current situation, I do not plan to remain a long term long in ENE. I do think that in the short term, ENE may rise at least to the $2-3 level. After congress gets involved, it's anyone's guess.

My questions pertain to some of the claims posted on other message boards regarding trading halts and the PPS dropping to zero. Can anyone elaborate on the nature of what type of events may trigger a trading halt in ENE?

I guess I just believe that big banks like JP Morgan and Citicorp would not throw more good money after bad without a good reason for doing so. The banks and Wall Street firms have much, much more to lose than ENE money losses, they could lose their credibility, confidence of current and future clients resulting in loss of business.

Just my view from the cheap seats.....Jak
