Pink Sheets NOW!!!! -> Viasource Communications to be Delisted From Nasdaq FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec 4, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Viasource Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: VVVV), a nationwide communications outsourcing deployment organization, today announced that Nasdaq has notified Viasource that the Company's securities have been delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market. Viasource announced on November 15, 2001 that it filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. As such, Viasource did not file its quarterly financial statements, which has led Nasdaq to delist the Company's securities. The Company does not plan to appeal the delisting.
