The house limit is going to be the problem maybe with a simple doubling the bet system. Otherwise it is guaranteed to win. With a 2:1 payoff if you double the bet after each loss then your win when it comes will give you a profit equal to your initial bet. I haven't tried this in the real world though.... Also, it seems to me that playing options is quite different to playing roulette.
