MeDroogies, I think some colleges are now offering "career management skills" as a major. LOL When I went to college, there wasn't a "career management skills" course. I have observed the same practice of promoting people into management positions who have no management education or experience. About six months after the promotion they are sent to a one week management seminar. Having the right personality, or connections was more important then a solid business education or job performance. In other words, those who sucked up the best reaped rewards. NW
