Looking at their prospectus they are spending a horrendous amount on sales and marketing: for 2001 product revenue of $71M they had to spend $54M in sales and marketing? Their G&A seems a tad excessive at $11M too.

If they could get their sales-force to stay out of the good restaurants they'd be profitable. I think I'll pass.
