Hi Francois,

The addition of Risley to BOD (and the earlier addition of Van Lumsen) are visible signs of the progress that Chuck Bland has made since joining Vari-L as CEO.
The whole wireless industry is in serious disarray at the moment and since VARL's customers are no exception they should have a dismal Q4. If the customer relationships and the employee/producers have survived the mess (and I hear that they have) then the company will benefit strongly from any economic rebound under Chuck's leadership.
