If Intel's earings don't beat the estimates
I think we'll see temporary slide to 65.

Did you notice that the semiconductor index
was within 10 cents of a year ago today?
If I can't make 8% /year on my money I'd just
assume buy a bond.

Did anyone read the Shaddow Ram column in
Computer Reseller News? They said that
Andy Grove was presenting at the Acer
reseller's conference using Proshare
and that the system was distorting the
video horribly. It made Dr. Grove look like
his cancer growing in front of them
I've had the same problem with the
systems I've used since February.

Looks like even the Intel folks
can't make ProShare 2.0 work reliably.

Recently a friend of mine told me about a
product he respresented for a company. It
was called a "magic plate". They are common
in Asia. They are made of materials simular
to those used to make semi-conductors. Has
anyone heard 'bout or have one of these plates?

The claims include everything from making food taste
better to removing diseases. Perhaps it works on
cancer? Do you think Dr. Grove would be offended
if I was to send him one? It couldn't hurt him
could it? Maybe it would look nice in his kitchen!

Not-So-Seriously,

Richard
