Hi Cal,
Well, I'm off by a full $1 million this time, but it all makes sense.
On Nov 28, I posted the following: "Actually, I will concur that it's $1.5 million assuming the 99k bought during this draw period, by two of the Amigos, were in fact Acqua transactions. That would leave them about another 70k shares shy of the amount needed to total about $1.5 million. Given that there are 2-3 days more for them to "arbitrage" it, the $1.5 million works very conveniently."
My "assumption" was wrong that "the 99k bought during this draw period, by two of the Amigos, were in fact Acqua transactions." In other words, that buying through Dundee and TK was NOT Acqua related. Add on that 99K + the extra shares sold in the last couple days, and you have $500k more, bringing the total to $2 million.
Also recall that last draw (announced Nov 5) was for $1.5 million. A couple days before that date, I predicted the draw total would be $2 million. There's the other mystery $500k I saw sold during that period.
I'm glad that I'm able to reconcile my predictions to the actual draw amount using a little 20/20 hindsight. It proves there's no mystery to the three amigos.
I don't expect any draw now until January. As I mentioned a couple days ago, I don't think the liquidity is there over the Christmas season to support a draw. I bet that's why she went with $2.5 million this time, in order to provide a couple months buffer.
