Greg, I agree that a license with a big carrier would really be the icing on the cake. Also in the end that is what will make the big dollars for PRAV, license agreements. Until then the stock will in my opinion be very sluggish unless PRAV continues to get contracts like NY and Louisiana then they could take off on that alone. Regards, Bill
