Yaacov, that was about the best commentary to the German problem in a long time. I agree, that is one of the big reasons Germany is not doing too well. Unification came at a great cost but was neccessary. Workers in the former DDR are not used to work the way West-Germans are used to and it will take time to undo in the East what socialism has done over 50 years. Workers used to get paid there if they did good work or bad work. You were not really rewarded for doing teriffic work and this has to be learned now. Capitalism is the way of the future. Learn, work and you will reap. Sonny
