Chas, Yes, exactly what I was looking for. Strange, I had clean forgotten about the Securities Act of 34... All written up in a very readable way. Can we prove there are at least 500 different shareholders? Then I understand that they will have to inform us about "important contracts" etc. Leaving for Florida on Monday for two weeks of vacation with kids, without computer. I hope IMMM will help me paying my MasterCard bill when I return. Have a nice summer, all! ps
