(1) Monthly chart(not shown)
(2) Low was Oct 1998.
(3) New Monthly 12 month high in Dec 1998(2 months)
(4) Low was Sep 2001
(5) Now Dec 2001 (3 months)
(6) But 12 month high is about 3,000
(7) This rise seems to be taking longer to reach a new 12 month high.
(8) Wonder if the above means any thing?
