Not a big deal and not a huge amount of shares. Also pretty bad decision given the news and stock movement.

BIOTRANSPLANT INC. (BTRN): Three BioTransplant Inc. vice presidents sold a
total of 95,105 shares of the company's common stock in November. Judith Snow
sold 41,420 shares for $5.59 each Nov. 16; James Embree sold 34,519 shares for
$5.59 each on Nov. 16; and Constance Garrison sold 19,166 shares for $6.20 to
$6.47 each on Nov. 20. Snow held 34,532 shares after the sale; Embree held
55,351 shares; and Garrison held 17,081.
