Doesn't sound so crazy to me.. In fact, it's a brilliant idea.. (but could we expect anything less from you??.. ;0)

Saves face on the Arab side, and they get paid for it.

It gives Israel the ability to preserve it's security and water rights

And both nations are joined together in a business arrangement, which would obviously lead to further cross border trade.

I love it Zev... Have you ever proposed the idea to anyone with "contacts"?

I might mention it to my friend at the state department. She works in Asia, not the Mid-East, but she knows a few folks there who do work in the relevant area.
