Deregulation of Utilities in CA led to a government bail out. Questions all over the place as who was taking who.
Not very different than ATHM as to who took whom.

In my opinion if government wants to get competitive and start making more money than waves it is fine. The regulations are all ready there the problem is that it is a we and they situation the pubic against the government instead of US working together to create profit and apply needed service.
