Yes I agree, especially the part about silly posts....nothing drives me silly quicker than a bunch of silly posts!
Things are looking up around here (or down depending on one's perspective)
My new policy effective July 1st is to buy ONLY stocks which have silly posts and at LEAST 5,000 messages. That assures enough mainstream interest to be a long term "hold" through the coming nuclear winter.
For my part, I love panicky, nit-picky, petty, riled up stockholders...they assure an efficient flow through the food chain. Big fish ate little fish, little fish ate littler fish, etc. I am sure you are familiar with this tenet of investing....that is assuming the room temperature IQ you mentioned. Here's the kicker....when you have a room overlooking a lake of fire and brimstone, it's hotter than hell in your room, this I am to take it assures a correspondingly higher Intelligence Quotient (sp?)?????
Looking for my 14 7/16ths buy in marker, good for 3 bucks, no more, then outta here like a bad taste.
