e.t. is this your position. The title of this piece convicts Attorney General John Ashcroft of attempting treason. This conviction is based upon quoting unnamed individual in saying all kinds well I think it may be this.
I see no example of anyone having civil liberties undermined.

Such absurd nonsense based upon nobodies opinion. e.t. do you agree with nobodies opinions.

I watched Senator Kennedy ask about the fact that the FBI was refused access to information collected by the government concerning the law that restricts the ability of the Government to have access. Even thought this information would be useful in knowing about terrorist the law was upheld. So Senator Kennedy by his questions gave the only concrete examples of what Attorney General Ashcroft and President George W. Bush are doing about upholding the law and not violating the privacy of Americans. e.t. that is a civil liberty.

So mr. neas (a motor mouth of the site you posted)said in a sentence constructed to possibly mislead. A dangling vacant liberal mind.

"As the nation s top law enforcement officer," Neas continued, "the attorney general must uphold our Constitution and laws, not try to amend them by executive fiat."

The Attorney General Ashcroft and President George W. Bush are following completely the constitutional system of checks and balances. The exchange between Attorney General John Ashcroft and Senator Kennedy showed by example, the only example of actions taken.
