Don't know the company,volume is awfully low. It definitely has been trading in a narrow range, market enthusiasm hasn't seemed to help it any. It also has a low float which I am leery of trading. But I do like when the 50 dma breaks above the 200. Keep your eye that vol.& good luck with it.
