Hi Thomas. Did you happen to see Leahy and Kenedey looking like un-American boobs as they tried to discredit Ashcroft today? I am sure it is a day they wish would have started on a better foot. It was particularly funny to see Kenedey talk of the potential illegality of the Military Tribunals (which is ridiculous), and then go into a gun control issue where he asked Ashcroft why they Justice Department did not hand over gun background check lists to the FBI for the various people in custody since the 9-11-01 tragedy. The answer is very simple Ashcroft said. Because it would have been ILLEGAL to do so. A bad day for the democrats. Can't wait to see how the liberal press spins this.
