We are not in Kansas anymore... T is trying to change the Cable BB market by charging for tiered speed. Have you ever seen your TV cable bill go up? Basic service, add a few channels. T is trying to set their network up like this. At least ATHM gave you the speed when available, (which was most of the time) for the same price. Anyone have a pair of ruby slippers?
