sets the pace It would seem that your method to get a prompt response from your cable-tv installer would be to cut all profit to AOL-TimeWarner and hope for the best. (To drag govt. analogies to the private sector again). What makes you think that it will be in their interest to motivate the installer instead of cutting back on the number of modems supported by AOL? The justification is a ridiculously simple cause/effect map that ignore the thousands of alternative results to the budget crisis. TP
