Thanks all for your help... $195 is a little steep. Fortunately I did not have to resort to this. I tried every variation of ways I could think of with my password for hours...(my name) maybe I had left the Caps lock on or something to no avail. Then for some reason unknown to me I just tried the word "password" and to my amazement it worked. Do not know why, is it some microsoft back door or something? divine intervention ? Do not really care just glad to have my main computer back...
