We are all puzzled. The above ground inventories have been much higher than expected. Even now, nobody is sure of how big they are. The lowest estimate is that they are between completely depleted ... and ... 100M ounces. I seen 300M for the higher limit. But the truth is that nobody knows.

Still silver is cheap and deeply oversold. I think a rebound to $5.50 is almost a certainty in the next 6 months. But I would bet on $7-$10 or on stocks that need that price to survive or produce.

Lets take this one step at a time.
