I think BB business is already higher than base TV.

T is changing the game. Setting up tiered pricing for speed. My guess is that the basic service will cost the same, but will be much slower. If you want speed you will pay, big time!

If T is not able to manage the net work efficiently and properly address the speed issue of customers than some else will. Frank could give a clue as to if this can be done as to minor and major difference in performance level. In reducing speed down to close to dial up it is not going to work.
The problem is how do you manage what became and excessive debt load due to non rational expectations of performance. This turns into how do you maintain the customers without penalizing them for your unjustified costs. It is a tricky situation due to the competition the operators have amongst themselves.
Much different than Ford or GM due to the smaller figure make up. The end result has turned into what GM and Ford could of done to each other if they had a price war. No more cheap cars or no more cars period.

The art of war someone looses. Too many loses the consumer looses as you don't have a choice of suppliers.
Intelligence is business might just end up as to comparing telesales change overs and the fractional growth results to letting word of mouth of excellent service be the sales point in itself.
