That forces a review of programs, ....
When the government revenue and expenses were in balance in the last decade we had a "reinventing government" review. None took place for either the Reagan or the Bushes, none is scheduled. This is a cover story for the real agenda. The rank and file GOP members are going to be left holding the same bag as are the liberals. Y'all remind me of the Enron workers, secure in their pension and grasp of the future of energy, making jokes about how misguided the Californians must be to be caught in the dark.
