My best guess is that what's left to fall is belief in the Fed and rate cuts? He's predicting a turn in psychology and sentiment for the 14th. He's been calling it the final bull market high, and given that the Dow is a whole lot closer than I thought it would be, it's already worked out better than I thought it would.

Also, heading into a Puetz crash cycle with an overbought market and pretty bullish sentiment is another supporting factor that we could be near a top of some significance.
