Lame question here... Why doesn't T buy up all ATHMQ shares and own everything? Total shares would only cost $8M. Suppy and demand would go nuts. Creditors would be invested in BB. Shareholders, if any left, would be invested in a tracking stock for T, that cost T nothing. T could keep @home email and subs. T could lease out to C&C.
