I believe, the meeting is in prime-time ... but ... there is NO have-to vote tomorrow - they can take as long as 2 months-ish. Though I expect (at a minimum) that Booz-Allen's Merger Analysis results could very well be leaked sometime tomorrow. Initial indications (from what I've read, so far) say that this foundations board is slanting towards approval -- that is, as long as Booz's analysis is positive for the merger. As a CPQ daily trade-gawker --- it seemed that a minor holder decided to sell his/her CPQ about 3:30-4pm today which caused CPQ to drop approx .20 during that period. On the other gawker side -- it seems that with AMD's and INTC's positive remarks after today's close CPQ's current AHT is up approx .25 from 4pm's close. Tomorrow could be very interesting !!!!
