Condor, your pick PFN-t in the news: Int'l Freegold vends PGM ground to Pacific North West Thu 6 Dec 2001 News Release See International Freegold Mineral Development I (ITF) News Release Mr. Harry Barr reports International Freegold Mineral Development has concluded an agreement with Pacific North West Capital whereby it can acquire a 70-per-cent interest in the PGM A property (174 claim units, 2,784 hectares), located immediately to the west of PFN's River Valley property. ITF has the right to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the PGM A property, subject to a 3-per-cent net smelter royalty retained by the vendors. PFN may earn a 70-per-cent interest in the property by completing $55,000 in cash payments, issuing 20,000 PFN shares and completing a $50,000 work commitment. PFN may purchase the remaining 30 per cent of the property for $750,000. An exploration program consisting of prospecting, mapping and geophysical surveys is currently under way to assess the property's potential.
