(Nasdaq:CHGO) (Nasdaq:CHGOW) today announced that the company has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission an updated Prospectus dated Nov. 30, 2001 containing information concerning the exercise of the company's outstanding Redeemable Warrants and Representative's Warrants. The Prospectus has also been mailed to holders of Warrants. The exercise of Warrants is not permitted in all states. All holders of Warrants should review the Prospectus for further information before determining whether to exercise Warrants. The Redeemable Warrants will expire April 8, 2002 and the Representative's Warrants will expire on Oct. 8, 2002, and the Warrants will not be exercisable after their applicable expiration dates.
