Doug, astounding is a good assessment. Something real fishy here about the whole thing. I just have to assume that DYN was aware that AA was the accounting firm for both ENE and DYN. It would have seemed prudent to me to employ the services of an independent auditing firm to review financial records as a matter of conducting good due diligence.

Appears to me that DYN had their eye on the Northern Pipeline only all along. To set the record straight, ENE has made a multitude of mistakes. But then, DYN isn't exactly "squeaky clean" either.
