Andreas, Re: "AMD revenue up >10%. Intel revenue up between 3% and 6%. Where's the joke?"

That's not entirely correct. AMD's previous guidance was high single digits to low double digits of revenue growth. Now, they finalized on the 10% number. They were already guiding up well before today's announcement, no doubt because they acknowledged their previous quarter as an official bottom. Intel's midpoint of their target range, however, was just confirmed to be 4.5% higher than their previous guidance, which shows better than planned demand for their products. Intel is the one that is doing "better" with respect to previous guidance - not AMD. Although, AMD may be doing "better" relative to their last quarter's revenue. Hardly surprising, though.
